We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Tags must still be attached.

Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
To start a return, simply email us at contact@princeohcollection.com or message us on Instagram @PrinceOHCollection with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is on the way.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
🔁 Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem — we offer easy exchanges too!
Just let us know what you’d like instead when you contact us, and we’ll help make the switch.
🚫 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re truly sorry!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll sort it out quickly at no cost to you.
